These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website solacebabe.com, all purchases, payments and interactions with our store. 1.2 Product & Pricing Information

All product descriptions, images, sizes and colours are for reference only. We make reasonable efforts to display product details accurately, but colour may vary slightly due to screen display differences. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices do not include import duties, customs taxes or local VAT that may be charged by your destination country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We reserve the right to adjust product prices, run promotions or end sales at any time.

1.3 Payment

We accept payments processed via Stripe. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order at checkout. All transactions are secure and encrypted. We will not store your full credit card details on our server. If payment is declined, your order will not be confirmed. We are not liable for bank charges, currency conversion fees charged by your card issuer.

1.4 Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Receipt of your checkout confirmation email does not guarantee order acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including incorrect pricing, stock shortages, suspected fraudulent activity, delivery restrictions or violations of our terms. If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. You may cancel your order before it enters the shipping preparation stage. Once dispatched, cancellation is not available, and you will need to follow our Return Policy.

1.5 Intellectual Property

All content on solacebabe.com including logos, text, product photos, graphic designs and copywriting is the intellectual property of SOLACEBABE / ASHK MEDICAL SERVICES PTY. LTD.. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

1.6 Limitation of Liability

SOLACEBABE and ASHK MEDICAL SERVICES PTY. LTD. shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability related to any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free website access. Temporary downtime for maintenance is possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute related to this website or your purchase will be resolved under Australian law.
